Bag conditioning and power work
Light sparring
focus on low kick technique (saturday morning)
Afternoon Muay Thai Training Includes
Daily pad work
Boxing drills or boxing sparring
Clinch for fighters and clinch drills for beginners
Special Saturday Sessions
Wai Kru (traditional Thai ritual)
Like fight experiences for beginners
