Twice Daily Training Sessions

  • Morning: 8:00 AM

  • Afternoon: 4:30 PM

Morning Muay Thai Training Includes

  • Pad work (every other day)

  • Technical Muay Thai drills

  • Bag conditioning and power work

  • Light sparring

  • focus on low kick technique (saturday morning)

Afternoon Muay Thai Training Includes

  • Daily pad work

  • Boxing drills or boxing sparring

  • Clinch for fighters and clinch drills for beginners

Special Saturday Sessions

  • Wai Kru (traditional Thai ritual)

  • Like fight experiences for beginners
