Meet MrKnock – Muay Thai Legend & Knockout Specialist
With a fight record of 242 bouts, 163 wins, and 104 knockouts, Thepnimit Sitmonchai, better known as MrKnock, is one of Thailand’s most respected Muay Thai fighters. Born in 1986 in Isaan, a region famous for producing elite fighters, MrKnock began training in Muay Thai at just 7 years old and had his first fight at 8.
At the age of 12, he moved to the renowned Sitmonchai Gym, where he developed his signature Muay Mat style—an aggressive, punch-heavy technique that led to his remarkable KO record. His explosive fighting style earned him top rankings in Thailand’s most prestigious stadiums.
MrKnock rose to become the #2 ranked fighter (118 lbs.) at Rajadamnern Stadium in both 2015 and 2016. In 2017, he was ranked #7 in the world by the WBC and took 3rd place in the Toyota Revo Tournament, tying with Petchdam Petchyindee.
After a career spanning over 200 professional fights, MrKnock shifted his focus to coaching and sharing his knowledge worldwide. He has led over 40 Muay Thai seminars in countries including the U.S., Canada, Peru, and Thailand, helping both beginners and professional athletes prepare for major competitions.
Today, MrKnock runs his own training camp in Hua Hin, Thailand, where he brings the true spirit of Muay Thai to students from around the globe. Passionate about honoring tradition, promoting discipline, and creating a joyful and motivating training environment, MrKnock is dedicated to helping others grow—both as fighters and as individuals.
